By booking an appointment, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through our approved booking platforms. We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any required paperwork.
Health Information
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete health information prior to treatment. Gravity Colon Therapy reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe based on a client's medical history or current health status.
Treatment Results
Individual experiences and outcomes may vary. While our services are designed to support health and wellbeing, no guarantees are made regarding specific results.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Gravity Colonics, we value your appointment time and strive to provide the highest level of care to all clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Booking Requirements
Credit or debit card details are required at the time of booking. For first-time clients, full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost.
Missed Appointments
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Appointment reminders are sent via SMS and/or email prior to your appointment to assist with attendance.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.
Our Commitment
This policy allows us to offer appointment availability to other clients and helps us continue providing quality care and service to everyone who visits Gravity Colon Therapy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Additional conditions may apply and will be outlined at the time of purchase.
